Our whole nation is in crisis around finding affordable child care. In New York City, the NYC CCR&R Consortium is on the front lines of helping everyday people connect to providers that can serve them, and the past year was our biggest yet.

Our member agency, the Day Care Council of New York, once again prepared a thorough look at our impact across our services areas, including:

• The total hours that our network put in assisting providers and parents across the city
• Health care plans evaluated and improved by our consultants, as well as 182 grants to improve safety at child care sites
• Our work connecting providers to the grant system to support programs that are trying to grow in NYC’s child care deserts
