The New York City Child Care Resource and Referral (NYC CCR&R) Consortium is comprised of four organizations that are committed to promoting and supporting high quality, culturally competent early care and education services. The NYC CCR&R maintains a computerized database with up-to-date information on a variety of child care programs including home and center-based early education programs, both private and subsidized.

A Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R) agency is an organization that provides many child care services that are helpful to parents, childcare providers and programs, employers, and the community-at-large.
